I love pretty much any dish with seafood. The other day I was randomly like "I want to try to make a seafood lasagna" and I created this dish. It came out so good! For real. Absolutely delicious!
The whole house loved it...even the baby. I just incorporated a new family favorite into the rotation.

Ingredients:
1/2 Pound Shrimp
1/2 Pound Crab Real Meat
No Bake Lasagna Noodles
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
4 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon Oregano
2 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
2 Tablespoon Basil
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasonings
1 Tablespoon Creole Seasonings
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375
Peel and devein shrimp. Cut shrimp into small pieces
Mix shrimp and crab meat together and season with old bay and creole seasonings
Heat skillet with olive oil and cook shrimp/crab mixture for a few minutes until shrimp is pink and meat is done
Remove and set aside
Heat butter and minced garlic in same skillet.
Pour in heavy cream and begin adding Parmesan cheese until all cheese is melted evenly and sauce is creamy.
Season with sea salt, black pepper and paprika to your desired taste. (Start off with just a little seasonings and add more if needed).
Add meat into cream mixture and turn down heat.
Ricotta Mix:
In a small mixing bowl add ricotta cheese, oregano, basil, black pepper, Italian seasonings, parsley and eggs. Whisk until even and smooth
Begin assembling Lasagna:
In a baking dish arrange pasta in order below:
Noodles (since noodles are no bake you can just take them from the box straight to the baking dish. They will cook just fine without boiling first)
Spread ricotta cheese on noodles
Spoon and spread cream sauce over ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese evenly over top
Repeat until all mixture/cheese is in baking dish
Top with sprinkle of oregano and Italian seasonings
Cook for 25-30 minutes until cheese has completely melted over the top.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting
Top with additional parsley if desired.
Dig in!
